Losing Blood

Sorry that I didn't update yesterday. I kinda lost my retainer at school, and I've only had it for about a month. My mum was so annoyed at me when I told her. We spent half the afternoon at school retracing my steps so we could find it. 

But we found it, and that's all that really matters...right?
At least I definitely won't be losing it again in a hurry.

I find this to be very good advice. Giving 100% of your blood would be just a little bit painful. Just a little.
